SFI – Swedish Tuition for Immigrants At Komvux in Lycksele you can get Swedish Tuition for Immigrants (SFI). You will learn Swedish and how Swedish society works. You will learn how to use a computer and the Internet, which is of great help when learning the language. If you cannot read or write, you can go to a literacy course. Our focus is on you and your needs, and you will study at your own pace and according to an individual syllabus.
	Classrooms: SFI is situated on the premises of Tannbergsskolan, which are very close to nature and are marked by a cosy atmosphere. The students have access to the school library, computer equipment, gym etc. During the breals you can mix with other students and have a snack at the school cafeteria. Very welcome!
Who is entitled to study SFI? Every immigrant/refugee When does it start? We admit students continuously as far as we have room. Syllabus and marking We follow a national syllabus for SFI. National final tests are held twice a year. The grading scales are IG (fail), G (pass) and VG (pass with distinction).
